A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 7 AM Wednesday until 10 PM Wednesday. 2 to 5 inches of snowfall is anticipated along with light ice accumulations. As discussed last evening, the start time of this event is going to be critical in determining school reactions. Forecasts and model guidance has homed in on an earlier start time, which consequently increased the closing odds. If trends continue, the Final Prediction this evening will likely feature even higher closing odds. I would not be surprised if districts make closing/virtual calls this evening.
