Good morning everyone. Attached is the Second Prediction for November 20, 2018.

Model guidance and forecasts have trended warmer and rainier for the Monday night-Tuesday morning event. While the National Weather Service anticipates up to 1 inch of snow, I believe little to no accumulations will actually occur. Consequently, I have increased the Regular Day odds; if these trends continue, I may have to increase them further.

I am sure many of you would prefer the delay, but I think no delays may help limit confusion since a few districts have non-Regular Days planned anyway due to the holiday and conferences (i.e. East Stroudsburg with its planned Early Dismissal on Tuesday). I will post the Final Prediction tonight, but I do not anticipate many changes. Have a good day everyone!
