Attached is the Second Prediction for Monday. Overall, my ideas remain the same for this snow and ice event. I have noticed in the weather community that there is concern for colder solutions to pan out. Aggressive model guidance are not budging from their stance. I did increase the closing risk a hair (5%) due to current observations supporting colder solutions. The Final Prediction will be out later this afternoon once the latest model guidance and observations become available. Expect the snow to start in a few hours, picking up around 3/4 PM.
