FINAL Prediction for November 21, 2016

Good evening everyone, attached below is the FINAL Prediction for tomorrow.

Snow estimates have verified throughout the region: the valleys got from a coating to an inch while the mountains received as much as 4 inches in some locations. No more additional accumulations are expected for the rest of the night.

I still like the 70/30 odds in favor of a Regular Day, especially for the valley districts. However, the mountain districts of Pocono Mountain and East Stroudsburg do have a delay risk. This would only pan out if the roads ice up overnight, but I am not expecting this to occur due to warm ground temperatures and high winds.

This winter is clearly not a repeat of last year — let us hope the snowy trend continues (if you are a snow-lover, that is). Have a good evening everyone!
