It feels like Deja Vu: light snow is expected to occur right in the middle of the morning bus runs tomorrow morning. If this sounds familiar, it is because this is what was supposed to happen on Monday, so I a bit weary of this borderline situation (too many of these this year). Temperatures are expected to be around or just below freezing leading up to sunrise; afterwards, temperatures will rise above freezing and snow will convert to rain. Given elevation differences, temperatures, and the expected snow timing, I can see lower elevated districts within the county going in on time while higher elevated districts delay, hence the 50/50 prediction.
