Good evening everyone! Attached is the First Prediction for Friday, February 25, 2022.

3 to 6 inches of snowfall and up to 0.15 inches of ice is expected from late Thursday night until Friday early afternoon. The timing of this is very unfavorable for the Friday morning bus runs and there is strong model guidance agreement behind a snowy and icy morning. Therefore, the odds for a closing or a virtual day are very high. The current plan is to issue the Second Prediction tomorrow night and the Final Prediction Thursday night. However, if confidence remains high for closings, then I may issue the Final Prediction tomorrow evening.
