Good evening everyone! Attached is the Final Prediction for Friday, January 21, 2022.

Cold wind chills are expected for tonight, with values getting into the negative teens. However, accordingly to the latest National Weather Service forecast, they are not expected to reach advisory level criteria (-15*F). Because of this, advisories have not been issued for our area. Advisories are important because they usually are the determiner if schools delay or not – without them, the Regular Day odds are favored. Given the cold is similar to event about a week ago, I would not be surprised to see some districts in the region delay, with perhaps an isolated closing or two, but I anticipate most districts to go in on time.
