Good morning everyone! Attached is the FINAL Prediction for December 16, 2019.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 1 PM today until 6 PM Tuesday. While only an inch at most is expected during the day today, snow is already approaching our area and some flurries have been reported. Snow ahead of schedule plus an “intimidating” radar can be enough to cause early dismissals. While model guidance is not enthused with snow accumulations for today at least, I suspect schools may still early dismiss out of precaution. The prediction odds remain unchanged compared to the Second Prediction given various factors cancel each other out.
