Good evening everyone! Below is the FINAL Prediction for November 12, 2019.

Overall, the general theme for tomorrow morning has not changed much. Rain is expected to convert to mixed precipitation then to snow around 6/7 AM tomorrow morning. Forecasts have trended less with expected snow totals, with most guidance keeping snow totals under one inch, even for the higher elevations. With this trend, I did increase the Regular Day odds, as I think valley-oriented school districts will most likely go in on time. However, I did leave some odds for a delay (perhaps an isolated closing) if higher elevated districts (Pocono Mountain) experience poor road conditions.
