Good evening everyone. Attached is the FINAL Prediction for Wednesday, February 27 and the First Prediction for Thursday, February 28, 2019.
We have a few rounds of snow coming up this week. The first is during the mid-late morning hours on Wednesday. Up to 1 inch is anticipated during this time frame; however, because the timing is just right, it may be prudent to allow road conditions to improve by the afternoon hours and dismiss normally, rather than dismiss into snow. This, plus the expectations of less than 1 inch of snow, is why I favor the Regular Day scenario for tomorrow.
The next round will be from late Wednesday evening until early Thursday morning. 1 to 2 inches of snow is anticipated. With the timing just before the morning bus runs, this situation appears ideal for school delays.
