Good afternoon everyone! Attached is the FINAL Prediction for Tuesday, January 22, 2019.

A Wind Chill Advisory is now in effect until 6 AM tomorrow morning. The National Weather Service anticipates wind chill values to be in the -10s tonight, with some areas reaching -20*F. Wind Chill Advisories have a history of causing delays. This, plus considering districts may need time in the morning to prepare buses and schools, is why I believe delays are a likely reaction tomorrow morning.

We do have to keep an eye on the weather this week as a mostly-rain system may cause frozen precipitation in some locations on Wednesday and Thursday, but I have not looked into the details yet. I may issue a First Prediction for Wednesday tonight, if not tomorrow morning.
