FINAL Prediction for November 30, 2018

Good morning everyone and Happy Friday!

Very light freezing rain is possible around 1 PM this afternoon. However, the concern is focused around the higher elevations since the valleys will likely reach above freezing temperatures by the afternoon. Because freezing rain accumulations are anticipated to be light (0.01″ or so), I do not think this is impactful enough to cause school reactions, but I cannot eliminate the No Activities and Early Dismissal odds. Regardless, be cautious if you are traveling this early afternoon.

Winter is here — if you have not checked out the Premium site, highly recommend to do so. A membership could be the perfect gift for a teacher, bus driver, or parent. Free graphics are available; check it out!

I will periodically watch for updates throughout the day. On a side note, there is a winter event possibility on Tuesday/Wednesday, but the odds for this have been decreasing over the last few days; I will continue to monitor it as we get closer. I hope everyone has a good Friday and a great weekend; thank you for the support!
