Good evening everyone. Attached is the Final Prediction for December 14, 2017.

Winter Weather Advisories have been issued for our area and across Pennsylvania. I am expecting 1 to 3 inches of snow from around 10 PM tonight until dawn tomorrow morning. To me, this is a classic morning commute impact situation and I would not be surprised if school districts across the region conduct delays tomorrow morning.

With this said, I am concerned for a significant closing risk. If the snow stays in the area long enough or if road conditions do not improve around dawn, some districts may end up closing. I think this is especially the case for elevated areas such as Pocono Mountain. If you plan on commuting tomorrow morning, allow extra time to do so.
